• Scrape, reverse engineer, resell or attempt to extract the source code of the service; or
• Generate content that breaches the terms of the AI models or third-party platforms the service connects to.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the service ("Your Content"). You grant Vidorena a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process and use Your Content only as needed to operate and provide the service, including passing it to the AI models used to fulfil your request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

Vidorena, along with its software, branding, designs and underlying technology, remains the property of the Company and its licensors. Rights in AI-generated output are subject to the terms of the model that produced it, and the legal status of ownership in AI output can vary by jurisdiction. 6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans and credit purchases require valid billing information and your authorization to charge it. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. 7. Third-Party Integrations and Models

Vidorena connects to third-party platforms, such as the social networks you publish to, and relies on AI models operated by third-party labs.
